POLICIES

Day Bookings

  • A day rate is 8 to 10 consecutive hours between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

    • 1/2 day rate is 1-4 hours

    • Full day rate is 5+ hours

  • 2 hour minimum at hourly rate.

    • Length of job must be specified at time of booking.

    • Full time booked must be paid even if actual time is less.

Overtime Rates

  • Apply before 7:00 am and after 6:00 pm on weekdays; all day on weekends and holidays. (Prorated day rate)

  • Time and a half applies up to 12 hours

  • Double time applies after 12 hours

 

Tentative Booking

  • If a client fails to exercise the option to confirm or release a hold within 24 hours of notification,  the right to cancel the hold is reserved to allow secondary option to take precedence.

 

Editorial Rates

  • 1/2 day rate with credit line. Full rate applies without credit line.

 

Shopping/Propping

  • Up to $500

  • Budgets larger than $500 will require upfront payment from clients or 10% finance fee will be added to invoice.

  • Client is responsible for non-refundable Items

 

Weather Permit Bookings

  • Must be specified at the time of booking. Weather permit cancellations  that are not re-booked are subjects to full fee.

 

Travel

  • Travel charge is $50 for over 100 mile radius. All other travel time will be charged as a half day rate and/or mileage.

  • For travel over 100 miles + work, billable time is door to door (Starts upon departure and ends upon arrival to job/location/home)

 

Expenses

  • All planned expense are to be paid by the client in advance additional work-related expenses will be added to invoice.

  • Reimbursement for damages or theft of props or merchandise is the responsibility of the client.

 

Cancellation

  • Confirmed booking cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are charged at 1/2 rate.

  • Confirmed bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are charged at full rate.

 

Late fee

  • A 5% late fee will be applied to all invoices not paid within thirty days.

Kit fee

  • Day includes makeup for up to 4 people

  • A $50 kit fee applies for each additional 5 people

​

Assistant policy

  • An assistant is required for bookings with 8 or more people per day
